Story

The Good Witch of the Lake has harbored a secret crush on Royal Knight Harij for four years — only for him to shatter her heart with a single request: brew him a love potion. Desperate to steal more time with him, Rose sends Harij on a lengthy hunt for rare ingredients. She never expected him to start showing up at her door every single day… to feed her. This is the heartwarming tale of a reclusive witch and a stiff, arrogant knight whose unlikely romance blossoms from one fateful love potion.

Background

Mutsuhana originally serialized the story on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō web fiction platform beginning in April 2019, concluding in March 2020. Futabasha began publishing the print edition with Vient’s illustrations in October 2019, with the second volume following in March 2020.

Kamada‘s manga adaptation runs on Kadokawa’s ComicWalker website, with the sixth volume scheduled for release on February 5. Yen Press publishes the English edition under the title Hi, I’m a Witch, and My Crush Wants Me to Make a Love Potion, with the fifth volume having released on January 20.
