Story
The series follows Ari and Kazam, two fledgling adventurers who set off into the forest brimming with excitement to tackle their very first quest. Their adventure is immediately complicated by a mysterious beautiful woman who insists she is their mother and refuses to leave them alone.
Her brand of concern goes well beyond ordinary worry: she secretly weakens monsters before the pair can encounter them and drives off bandits before they even appear — all without the boys’ knowledge. In a genre full of fearsome creatures, this uninvited guardian proves to be a far more troublesome presence than any monster they might face.
The manga blends classic fantasy-adventure with comedy, raising the question of just how far two rookie adventurers can get when a self-appointed overprotective “mom” is always one step ahead of them.
