The official website for the television anime adaptation of nonco‘s manga Kanan-sama wa Akumade Choroi (Mistress Kanan is Devilishly Easy) announced on Sunday that a second season has been green-lit. Character designer Akari Minagawa drew a special illustration to mark the occasion.
Story
The series follows Kanan, a demoness who has infiltrated human society disguised as a high school student in order to feast on delicious souls. She sets her sights on a particular high school boy, but before she can make her move, she somehow ends up becoming his girlfriend. For Kanan — who has never experienced love — the relationship is one surprising new experience after another.

Broadcast & Manga
The first season premiered on April 4 on Tokyo MX and BS11 at 25:00 JST (1:00 a.m. JST on April 5). Crunchyroll is streaming the series with an English dub.
nonco’s original manga launched in Kodansha‘s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in June 2022, with the 13th compiled volume released on April 16. Seven Seas Entertainment is set to begin publishing an English-language omnibus edition in July.
