Kimi ga Shinu made Koi wo Shitai (きみが死ぬまで恋をしたい), the manga by Aono Nachi, is celebrating its 8th anniversary with a special collaboration event at atre AKIHABARA 1 in Tokyo. Titled Kimi ga Shinu made Koi wo Shitai 8th Anniversary Celebration Party in atre AKIHABARA, the event runs from August 7 to 20, 2026.
New Artwork and In-Store Highlights
Aono Nachi has created an all-new event visual featuring main characters Sheena and Mimi dressed in fresh white outfits, alongside a separately released deformed (chibi) character visual. At the venue, an 11-panel display using the newly drawn illustration will greet visitors at the east exit of atre AKIHABARA 1. Life-size panels and posters will be exhibited throughout the building.
A standout feature of the event is an all-new in-store audio broadcast recorded exclusively for the occasion, featuring Takahashi Rie as Sheena and Hidaka Rina as Mimi.
Collaboration Shop and Lucky Draw
A dedicated collaboration shop will sell original merchandise featuring the new artwork; full goods details will be announced at a later date. Shoppers who spend 5,000 yen (tax included) or more will be entered into a guaranteed-prize lottery — there are no blanks — with top prizes including a BIG Acrylic Stand LL.
