ฟุกุชิมะ จุน (คาซึมะ) และอามะมิยะ โซระ (อาคุวะ) ร่วมงานแถลงข่าว KonoSuba Exhibition ~Cheerful~

The 「この素晴らしい世界に祝福を!」展 ~Cheerful~ (KonoSuba Exhibition ~Cheerful~), a special exhibition marking the 10th anniversary of the anime Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! (KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!), opened at AKIBA_SQUARE on the second floor of the Akihabara UDX building in Tokyo on October 12, 2026, running through October 31. Hours are 10:00–20:30 daily, with last entry at 19:30.

On October 11, the day before the public opening, a media preview and press conference were held, featuring Fukushima Jun, the voice of Kazuma, and Amamiya Sora, the voice of Aqua. Both had toured the exhibition ahead of the event and were visibly moved by how much it exceeded their expectations.

Eleven Zones Covering a Decade of Adventure

The exhibition is organized into approximately 11 themed areas, guiding visitors through Kazuma’s journey via iconic scenes, production materials, and hands-on experiences.

  • Isekai Reincarnation Area — A recreation of the moment Kazuma first meets Aqua in another world.
  • Famous Lines Area — A showcase of the series’ most beloved dialogue.
  • Guild Area — Features tables set with recreations of the fizzy drinks and food from the show.
  • Character Area — Dominated by a giant toad with Aqua caught in its mouth.
  • Story Area — Walls covered in memorable scenes, with three-dimensional recreations and unique props straight from the series.
  • Special Theater — A large-screen screening of the 10th anniversary PV.
  • Explosion Magic Experience Area — The exhibition’s showpiece: a life-size statue of Megumin at its center, with newly recorded chanting audio and a wind system that lets visitors physically feel the blast of Explosion magic.
  • Animation Production Area — Displays the actual recording scripts used by Fukushima Jun, audio from test takes and ad-lib takes, and production materials for the OP and ED sequences.
  • Copyright Illustration Gallery
  • Fan Message Area — Where visitors can leave their own messages.

Note that photography is not permitted from the Special Theater through the Illustration Gallery — those areas must be experienced in person.

The entrance to the exhibition is decorated with messages from Akatsuki Natsume, the original light novel author, and Mishima Kurone, the original illustrator.

Press Conference: Fukushima Jun and Amamiya Sora Reflect on Ten Years

At the press conference, Fukushima Jun opened with a mock formal apology on behalf of the entire party — in the style of a Japanese corporate apology press conference — drawing laughs from the assembled press. When asked about reaching the 10-year milestone, both voice actors reflected on how KonoSuba has grown across events, games, and various other media over the decade.

Fukushima cited a bus tour he took alongside Inada Tetsu (the voice of a ruffian character) as a particularly memorable event, while Amamiya recalled an aquarium event held in honor of Aqua’s identity as a water goddess — both quintessentially KonoSuba in their quirky charm.

The pair also spoke about the joy of recording for the series and noted that in recent years, more staff members and younger voice actors have been telling them how much they love KonoSuba — a sign, they felt, of the franchise’s enduring appeal.

During the photo session, an Aqua mascot costume made an appearance — a first meeting for both Fukushima and Amamiya, who couldn’t stop smiling at the cute, energetic character bouncing around the stage.

Both voice actors encouraged fans and KonoSuba newcomers alike to visit the exhibition, describing it as a space where you can truly feel what makes the series special.
