The new manga Koukyuu no Norainu Nyokan (後宮の野良犬女官) launched on LINE Manga on October 10. The series features a story by Ogura Kuma with art by zmo.
Story
The protagonist, Sekka (雪花), lost her home and family to war. Scorned as a filthy stray dog and subjected to violence, she is on the verge of giving up on life when she encounters Seigetu (静月), a young noblewoman on her way to the imperial palace as a candidate for the position of empress consort.
Despite opposition from those around her, Seigetu takes Sekka under her wing and brings her into the inner palace, where Sekka becomes a court lady. As time passes, Seigetu is eventually elevated to the emperor’s principal consort. When Sekka goes to offer her congratulations, she is met with a horrifying sight — Seigetu has been murdered.
Reeling from the shock, Sekka suddenly feels something strange happening to her body. When she opens her eyes, she finds herself back on the very day she first met Seigetu. Now, this unconventional court lady must use everything she has to unravel the conspiracy and prevent her benefactor’s death.
