The TV anime Kusuriya no Hitorigoto (The Apothecary Diaries) has unveiled its “June Visual,” the final entry in the long-running special campaign Maomao, Jinshi to Meguru Shiki (Maomao and Jinshi’s Journey Through the Four Seasons).
Two Years of Seasonal Visuals Come to a Close
Running for two full years, the campaign released a brand-new seasonal visual on the 22nd of each month — a date fans affectionately call “Maomao Day” — with each illustration themed around a plant in bloom at that time of year. The final June visual depicts Maomao holding white clover (シロツメクサ) and teaching Jinshi how to weave a flower crown, the two of them enjoying a peaceful moment together beneath a bright blue sky.
Wallpapers and Giveaway Campaign
The official website is distributing wallpapers based on the June visual for both PC and smartphone. Meanwhile, the official Kusuriya no Hitorigoto account on X (formerly Twitter) is running a lottery campaign in which five lucky winners will receive a special card featuring the June visual.
New LINE Mini App Launches
Alongside the visual reveal, a new LINE Mini App titled “Let’s Help Maomao! Maomao’s Herbal Notebook” (猫猫のお手伝いをしよう！猫猫の薬草手帖) has been added to the anime’s official LINE account, and is available for fans to use starting today.
