Bandai’s premium collectible brand METAL BUILD is bringing back the Strike Noir Gundam from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED C.E.73 -STARGAZER- with a brand-new release titled METAL BUILD Strike Noir Gundam (20th MEMORIAL COLOR), celebrating the 20th anniversary of the OVA series.
A Color Scheme Faithful to the Anime
This re-release revisits the METAL BUILD treatment of the Strike Noir Gundam — a line known for blending die-cast alloy quality with design arrangements tailored to each featured work. The key change this time is an updated color scheme that more closely mirrors the mobile suit’s appearance in the original animation.
The figure depicts the Strike E, an improved variant of the Strike Gundam, equipped with the all-domain striker pack Noir Striker. True to the “Noir” name, the firearms and weapons are finished predominantly in black, giving the figure a striking, cohesive look.
New Parts and Revised Set Contents
Beyond the new paint job, the set contents have been revised. Notably, newly sculpted expressive wrist parts for the Beam Rifle Shorty have been added, enabling more dynamic and dramatic poses than before. The overall play value and display potential remain as high as ever.
