The second promotional video for the TV anime Ojisan wa Kawaii Mono ga Osuki. (Uncle Loves Cute Things), based on the manga by Tsutomu, has been released online.
Full Cast on Display
The new PV brings together all of the series’ main characters: Koji Miki, Kawai Kenta, Naruto Wataru, and Nii Masumi. Also featured is Pugutaro — the character mascot that Koji adores — along with Pugutaro’s companions.
Theme Songs Announced
The opening theme will be “LIKE³” performed by Yagi Yusei. The ending theme, “尊い♡界隈” (Toutoi♡Kai-Iwai), is performed by Maeda Kaori, who also voices the character Moshina Rio in the series. It was additionally announced that FOD will stream the anime exclusively with unlimited viewing.

“I am truly honored to be in charge of the opening theme for this anime. I was already familiar with the original manga, and my mother, who watched the live-action drama, was also very happy about it. This work depicts the feeling of loving something deeply — whether it’s a fandom or a personal passion — but being too embarrassed or self-conscious to say it out loud. I personally believe everyone has the right to proudly say ‘I love this,’ and that putting it into words can be liberating. I worked closely with A.G.O to pour those themes and messages into this song. I hope it resonates with anyone who has struggled to voice what they love, and I hope viewers enjoy the anime alongside it!”
Maeda Kaori (Ending Theme)
“This is Maeda Kaori, and I’m thrilled to be handling the ending theme! I personally find the energy to get through each day thanks to the things I love and the excitement they bring, so I deeply relate to Koji-san’s feelings. The song is called ‘尊い♡界隈’ — it’s a rollercoaster of a track, full of ups and downs, meant to leave viewers feeling happy and looking forward to tomorrow. I’m also voicing Moshina Rio, a highly capable career woman who secretly goes full ‘moe’ over Koji-san in her inner monologue — it was so much fun to play! Please love ‘Ojikawa’!”
Synopsis
The series follows Koji Miki, a handsome and capable professional who harbors a secret: he is absolutely obsessed with cute things. Everyday encounters gradually begin to change him little by little.
