The theatrical anime film Hyaku Emu. (「ひゃくえむ。」), based on the original manga by Uoto, will host a special event titled “On Your Marks『ひゃくえむ。』” at Akasaka Sacas Plaza and Akasaka Biz Tower in Tokyo from July 30 to August 13, 2026.
Event Concept and Activities
Organized under the concept of “cheering on the future athletes of this country,” the event offers a range of hands-on activities for fans:
- A photo spot where visitors can pose as if running alongside protagonists Togashi and Komiya
- A body-clock challenge where participants try to stop a stopwatch at exactly 10 seconds using only their internal sense of time
- A Mizuno Foot Care Station where visitors can try on sports shoes
- A “Famous Lines” stamp rally featuring memorable quotes from the film
A dedicated exhibition, “Heart-Resonating Quotes from Hyaku Emu.”, will also be held, showcasing iconic lines and scenes from the film to let fans immerse themselves in its world.
Limited Merchandise
A range of exclusive items will be on sale at the venue, including sports towels, clear bottles, T-shirts, acrylic keychains, and bottle holders. Fans can also pick up items featuring newly drawn illustrations by character designer Kojima Keisuke — used on the Blu-ray digipak — as well as artwork produced to commemorate the film surpassing 800 million yen at the box office, featuring the Iwashi Ni track-and-field club illustration.
