The TV anime PSYREN -Siren-, based on the manga by Toshiaki Iwashiro, has released its second teaser PV — and for the first time, it showcases real animated footage from the upcoming series.
The teaser opens on the story’s inciting incident: protagonist Ageha Yoshina sets out to find his childhood friend Sakurako Amamiya, who has vanished without a trace. His search leads him to contact the shadowy Secret Society Psyren, rumoured to be behind a nationwide string of mysterious disappearances. The latter half of the clip then delivers an action-packed battle sequence featuring Ageha and Amamiya in the enigmatic Psyren World.
