Popular character content Puppet Sunsun is teaming up with sauna lifestyle brand SAUVENIR and select shop FREAK’S STORE for a special collaboration collection. The items go on sale from Friday, August 21, 2026 at select FREAK’S STORE locations across Japan and through the brand’s official online store, Daytona Park.
About Puppet Sunsun
Puppet Sunsun centers on Sunsun, a fluffy blue six-year-old boy from the puppet kingdom of Tuhok, whose everyday adventures with best friend Nonnon and grandfather Zonzon are shared as short movies and manga across social media. The content’s irresistibly soothing charm has earned it a combined social media following of over 3.5 million, and the franchise has expanded to include TV short movies and a regular radio program.
16-Piece Collaboration Lineup
The collection spans 16 items ranging from wearables to everyday goods. The standout pieces come from the SAUVENIR collaboration: lounge-style setups inspired by the in-facility wear found at capsule hotels and super sentō (public bathhouses), offered in pile and fleece-backed fabric across four variations — short-sleeve and long-sleeve in two colorways each.
Sweatshirts and T-shirts featuring bold Puppet Sunsun sauna-themed artwork on the front are also included. The white version carries the word “SAUNA!” while the black version reads “NEPPA!” (a Japanese term for the intense heat of a sauna).

Participating stores will also feature a photo booth powered by the interactive mirror system +PLUS MIRROR, where fans can take photos with Sunsun and Nonnon using an exclusive collab frame. Shots can be sent directly to your smartphone.
