Bandai has announced that two new entries in its Real Grade (RG) line — the RG 1/144 Force Impulse Gundam and the RG 1/144 Destiny Gundam, both from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY — will be offered via a lottery sale on the official Premium Bandai online store.
About the Gundam SEED Series
The Mobile Suit Gundam SEED series is set in the Cosmic Era (C.E.), a future where humanity is divided between genetically engineered Coordinators and naturally born Naturals. The first series began airing in 2002, with Gundam SEED DESTINY serving as its direct sequel. Most recently, the theatrical film Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM, released on 26 January 2024, went on to become the highest-grossing Gundam theatrical release of all time.

Lottery Sale Period
Applications open on Monday, 17 August 2026 at 11:00 JST and close on Sunday, 23 August 2026 at 15:00 JST. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 via the Premium Bandai website.
Note that neither kit is a limited item — both will also be available at general hobby retailers. However, the quantity allocated for the Premium Bandai lottery is limited, so fans are encouraged to apply during the entry window. Display both kits side by side as the signature mobile suits of Shinn Asuka.
