Its sequel, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, is set to premiere on Netflix on October 20. The first episode received an early screening at Anime Expo on July 3.
The closure of Salami Studios marks the end of an era for one of animation’s long-standing post-production houses, whose work touched generations of fans across both anime and Western animation.
