The production team behind the summer 2026 anime Seihantai na Kimi to Boku (正反対な君と僕) Season 2 has released the synopsis and advance scene cuts for Episode 14, “A Winter Night’s Dilemma” (冬の夜のジレンマ), set to air on Sunday, 12 July 2026.
About the Series
Seihantai na Kimi to Boku is a romantic comedy manga by Agasawa Koucha, serialised in “Jump+” until 2024. The series has sold over 2.1 million copies including digital editions and has won numerous manga awards. It follows Suzuki, an energetic girl who worries too much about others’ opinions, and Tani, a quiet boy who is never afraid to speak his mind — two complete opposites who slowly come to understand and respect each other amid their school lives with friends.
The TV anime’s first season aired from January 2026 to wide acclaim. Season 2, which began airing in early July, continues under director Nagatomo Takakazu with animation studio Lapantrak.
