The TV anime adaptation of Muchimaro‘s four-panel manga Even the Student Council Has Its Holes! (Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru!) has released its main promotional video and confirmed a premiere date of October 3. The series will air on Tokyo MX, BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV.
The opening theme, “Kaze no Naka wa Hashirukkya Inai,” is performed by Sangatsu no Phantasia and can be heard in the newly released promo video.

Story
Mizunoe Ume joined the student council for one simple reason: to avoid repeating a grade. What he didn’t bargain for was a council packed with eccentrics — an airhead, someone intimidating, a secret pervert, and more. Despite the chaos they bring, there’s something undeniably charming about each of them, and Mizunoe finds himself well and truly stuck in the middle of it all.
About the Manga
Muchimaro launched the manga in Kodansha‘s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in 2022. The 12th compiled volume shipped on March 17. The manga won the print category of the 9th Next Manga Awards (Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Taishō) in 2023. Seven Seas will release the first English volume on September 8, and the series is also available digitally via K MANGA.
