The manga Shini Modori no Akuyaku Reijō wa, Nidome no Jinsei de Subete wo Shiawase ni Shite Miseru — loosely translated as The Villainess Who Died and Returned Will Make Everyone Happy in Her Second Life — launched its first volume today, July 20, 2026, published by Overlap under the Gardo Comics imprint. The manga is drawn by Nekochazuke and adapts the original light novel by Rokujūshi Okazawa.
Story
In a world where only nobles possess magical power, Eltriede, the daughter of a duke who was born without any magic, spends her days enduring ridicule and scorn. Desperate to prove herself, she sets her sights on becoming the crown princess of Crown Prince Kisthart — but her ruthless, unscrupulous methods are eventually exposed, and she is sentenced to execution.
Rather than simply dying, however, Eltriede finds herself thrown back in time to when she was eight years old — a full ten years before her downfall. Accepting the reality of her magicless existence, she chooses a different path: growing up with a healthier outlook, rebuilding her relationships with the noblewomen she once wronged, and even earning the affection of the very crown prince who had her executed in her previous life.
