Volume 1 of the manga Dōyara Dareka no Kiki ni Makikomareta yō desu — drawn by Kamei Takahide and based on the original novel by Shūdō Rena — went on sale today, June 24.
Story Synopsis
Queen Aileen has spent twenty years managing the affairs of state while her husband, William, fought on the battlefield. With the war finally over and a quiet life seemingly within reach, she wakes up to find that time has rewound to the day before the tea party at which she was first chosen as crown princess — as though those two decades of devoted service never happened.
Determined not to be selected as crown princess again, Aileen skips the tea party. The plan backfires, however, when her beloved younger sister Elizabet is chosen in her place, sending the story in an unexpected new direction.
