Fans of Keroro Gunso (ケロロ軍曹) have a special treat coming their way: a dedicated talk stage is set to take place at “Nanana no Birthday Party 2026”, a celebration for Nanana — the official mascot character of TV Tokyo. The event will be held on July 4, 2026 at Soramachi Hiroba inside Tokyo Solamachi.
Keroro Gunso Talk Stage
The centerpiece for Keroro fans is a talk stage tied to the new theatrical film 「新劇場版☆ケロロ軍曹 復活して速攻地球滅亡の危機であります！」. Two cast members will appear: Watanabe Kumiko, the voice of Sergeant Keroro, and Kosakura Etsuko, the voice of Private Second Class Tamama. The stage is scheduled to run for approximately 30 minutes beginning at 1:00 p.m. A Keroro mascot costume character will also appear at a high-touch (handshake) session starting at 3:45 p.m.
Other Characters and Activities
The event brings together several other beloved characters alongside Nanana herself:
- Osomatsu from Osomatsu-san (おそ松さん) — the eldest of the sextuplets — will appear as part of the TV anime’s 10th anniversary project 「6局ネットありがとうの旅」. A rock-paper-scissors tournament is planned for 2:00 p.m., followed by a high-touch session at 4:20 p.m.
- Dot Zarashi from SEALOOK, which has been confirmed for a 2nd season, will host a quiz event at 12:00 p.m.
- Mascot costume characters of Keroro, Osomatsu, Dot Zarashi, and Nanana will all be present for character greeting sessions throughout the day.
How to Participate & Where to Watch
Spots for the Keroro and Osomatsu high-touch sessions will be allocated by lottery. Full details on how to apply can be found on Nanana’s official SNS accounts.
For those unable to attend in person, footage from the July 4 event will be streamed on TV Tokyo’s official YouTube channel on July 7 at 7:00 p.m. — Nanana’s actual birthday.
