About Haikyuu!!
Haikyuu!! is a manga by Haruichi Furudate, serialised in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. It follows high-school boys who pour their youth into volleyball. The TV anime began airing in 2014, and the theatrical film Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle surpassed 20 billion yen in worldwide box-office revenue after opening on February 16, 2024. Two further projects are slated for 2027: the film Haikyuu!! VS The Little Giant, depicting the Karasuno vs. Fukurōdani match, and the special anime Haikyuu!! Bakemono-tachi no Yukutokoro, covering the Fukurōdani vs. Mujinazaka battle.
