A charming new collectible inspired by Studio Ghibli’s Kiki’s Delivery Service (魔女の宅急便) has arrived. The 「魔女の宅急便 オルゴール キキへの伝言」 — loosely translated as the Kiki’s Delivery Service Music Box: A Message for Kiki — went on sale on 8 August 2026 at all 40 locations of ジブリがいっぱい どんぐり共和国 and the online shop そらのうえ店.
Straight Out of Gutiokipanya
The piece recreates the vintage black telephone from the Gutiokipanya bakery in three dimensions, with Jiji — Kiki’s black cat — leaning curiously toward the dangling receiver. The sculpt captures a quiet, everyday moment from the bakery’s interior, right down to the coiled black wire telephone cord, the glossy finish of the handset, and delicate lace detailing. Every element has been carefully crafted and painted to feel as authentic as possible.
Wind It Up for “Rouge no Dengon”
The music box plays 「ルージュの伝言」 (Rouge no Dengon) — the song that drifts from Kiki’s radio as she sets off on her journey at the start of the film. The gentle chime of the music box makes it easy to imagine spending a peaceful afternoon alongside Jiji in the warmth of the bakery.
