2.5D idol group Ireis (いれいす) brought down the curtain on Ireis Summer Tour 2026 Irregular Vacation -Colorful Street- on September 22, 2026, at LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY in Chiba — the largest tour in the group’s history, spanning 13 cities across Japan for a total of 24 performances.

About Ireis

Ireis is a six-member 2.5D idol group under VOISING, formed on October 9, 2020. The group built its fanbase through daily online content — cover song videos (歌ってみた), original music, variety programs, and live streams — before expanding into real-life concerts and brand collaborations.

Since their major-label debut in 2022, the group has steadily scaled up: a nationwide Zepp tour, a show at Ryogoku Kokugikan, a Japan Budokan one-man concert in February 2024 (the fastest achievement of its kind among vocal cover groups at the time), a two-day dome run at Belluna Dome in November–December 2024, and an arena tour in summer 2025 that drew approximately 90,000 fans.

The Tour and an Unwelcome Obstacle

The Irregular Vacation -Colorful Street- tour launched in July 2026 at Mori no Hall 21 (Matsudo City Cultural Hall) under the rallying cry “全国いれいす色大作戦！” — a mission to “paint the whole country in Ireis colors.” Typhoon No. 25 forced the cancellation of the penultimate show, leaving both the team and fans frustrated. That pent-up emotion only amplified the energy at the final.

The Final Show

After an opening video introducing each member, all six walked onstage to a thunderous reception and launched into “PAINT YOU” backed by a full live band. Four summer tracks followed in quick succession, complete with fireworks visuals that set a festival mood. During the first MC, Yusuke (悠佑) prompted each member to introduce themselves in order of their Dice Number. Riura (りうら) fired up the crowd with “The most important thing today is that you enjoy yourselves 300% more than us — can you do it?!” before Yusuke topped it with an absurd “5,000 万%!”

Tour anthem “守護いスキっ！” drew perfectly synchronized crowd responses, followed by “推せ推せ！いれいす応援団！” and “無敵スマイル宣言！”, during which -hotoke- hosted the tour’s signature rock-paper-scissors corner. The mood then shifted to cool and sharp with “COLORS” — Riura teasing “Don’t go weak at the knees from how cool we are” — before the intro to “Paparazzi” triggered arguably the loudest screams of the night.

Special Segments and Solo Performances

The third MC block featured “Ireis Colorful Street Memories”, a roulette-style photo retrospective hosted by the “adult trio” (ないこ, If, 悠佑) recalling highlights from each tour city — including a surreal clip of ないこ performing a full dogeza bow at the Yamaguchi show, much to the audience’s delight.

Climax and Major Announcements

The main set’s final stretch included a lavish Colorful Medley of original songs, followed by “Royal Trap” — the dual-center song for Hatsuto and If, who topped the group’s 8th general election — performed under spinning mirror balls. The group then delivered a powerful live rendition of “ヒバナ”, a cover whose YouTube video had dropped on August 23, 2026.

ないこ reflected afterward: “We performed ‘ヒバナ’ as a 歌ってみた cover — our origin — exclusively for this final show. I felt the sound pressure was the strongest it’s ever been.” -hotoke- added: “I’m truly happy that we keep building memories like this. I hope Ireis can be a place that feels like home for everyone.”

In a candid moment before the final song, If addressed the crowd directly: “We’re aiming for Tokyo Dome, but honestly, the way things are now, it’s difficult. We have to change something.” The group then performed “幕開けの歌” (Song of the Curtain Rise), the group’s 5th-anniversary track, with members draping arms around each other’s shoulders and singing back-to-back in an emotional finale, before six-colored silver streamers filled the arena.

During the encore, members descended into the arena aisles for close-up fan interaction before returning to the stage for a series of major announcements:

• VOISING HOLIDAY — the first-ever joint real-life event featuring all four VOISING groups
• Ireis Summer Tour 2027 — visiting Osaka-jo Hall, Marine Messe Fukuoka, and Yoyogi First Gymnasium from July 2027
• A 6th-anniversary livestream on October 9, 2026, at which the group’s future direction will be revealed

ないこ reassured fans: “This is not bad news — it’s a positive course correction aimed squarely at Tokyo Dome.” The encore closed with “悠久休暇”, and the entire cast — members and live band alike — lined up hand-in-hand for a final bow, promising fans they would meet again.
