The theatrical anime film Koe no Katachi (A Silent Voice), based on the manga by Yoshitoki Oima, is set to return to cinemas for a special 10th-anniversary re-release. To celebrate the occasion, all attendees will receive a Koe no Katachi 10th Anniversary Special Card beginning on the opening day of October 30.
The re-release will be presented in two formats: a standard version and, for the first time, a Dolby Cinema version. Both screenings will share the same attendee gift.
The special card features newly arranged artwork based on the character-specific illustrations that were distributed in limited quantities when the film originally opened in 2016. This anniversary version brings Ishida Shoya and Nishimiya Shoko together side by side in a single special composition. Further details regarding the card’s specifications are set to be announced at a later date.
