Fans of Attack on Titan (進撃の巨人) have a new reason to head to Shinjuku: a limited-time theme café titled 「そういう時期の進撃の巨人カフェ ～思春期の晩餐～」 (“That Kind of Phase” Attack on Titan Café ～Adolescent Last Supper～) is set to open at BOX cafe&space Lumine Est Shinjuku Branch 2 (8F, 3-38-1 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) from September 3 to October 12, 2026.
The café is built around the concept of a “Last Supper on the eve of the final battle,” using all-new illustrations produced by WIT STUDIO — the animation studio behind Seasons 1 through 3 of the series. The result is an immersive space that lets visitors step deep into the world of the anime.
Food & Drink Menu
Every item on the menu draws inspiration from beloved characters — including Eren Yeager, Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Arlert, Hange Zoë, Levi, and Erwin Smith — as well as iconic scenes from the show. The lineup spans savory dishes, desserts, and character-colour-themed drinks, all designed with photogenic presentation in mind.

Guests who make an advance reservation (¥660/person, tax incl.) and place a menu order will receive one random “Hunting Permit-Style Card” (6 varieties) as a reservation-exclusive bonus. Additionally, for every ¥3,300 (tax incl.) spent on eligible menu items, guests receive one random drink coaster (7 varieties) via a lottery-style draw.
The café will also stock exclusive merchandise using the new “そういう時期 (Chūnibyō)” illustrations:
