Camera, Hajimete mo Ii desu ka? (カメラ、はじめてもいいですか？), the manga by Shiro, has officially transferred magazines — moving from Young King Ours to Young King. Both publications are put out by Shōnen Gahōsha, making it an in-house move. The series began its run in its new home with Young King issue No. 14, which went on sale June 22. The chapter is featured with color pages in the middle of the issue.
About the Series
Described as a “youth girls’ hobby comic,” Camera, Hajimete mo Ii desu ka? comes from Shiro, the creator best known for Yama no Susume. The story follows Ikeda Mito, a high school girl who struggles with self-confidence, as she is invited by her neighbor Chisato to try her hand at photography. The hobby gradually begins to change Mito in small but meaningful ways.
