The 『放送30周年記念 TVアニメ「名探偵コナン」展』 — the official exhibition celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Detective Conan TV anime — is set to open at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Building 1, 2F Space & 3F Hall, running from Saturday, November 14 to Sunday, December 6, 2026.
Three Decades of Detective Conan
Detective Conan is a mystery manga by Gosho Aoyama, serialised in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday. The series has sold over 270 million copies worldwide and won the 46th Shogakukan Manga Award in the boys’ category. The TV anime first aired in January 1996, making 2026 its landmark 30th year on air. The theatrical film series continues to break box-office records annually, with the latest entry, Detective Conan: The Angel of the Highway, currently screening in cinemas.
The Ninth Stop on a Nationwide Tour
The exhibition launched in Tokyo before travelling to venues across Japan. Yokohama marks the ninth stop on the tour, and arrives with a number of new additions not seen at previous venues.
