The anime Dorohedoro Season 2, based on the manga by Hayashida Q, is teaming up with Japanese-Chinese restaurant chain Beni Tora Gyoza Bo (紅虎餃子房) for a special collaboration running from August 21 to September 30 at 73 locations nationwide across Japan.
Collaboration Menu and Novelty Items
The event’s centerpiece is a pair of themed food items: “Nikaido’s Handmade Shiso Gyoza” and a “Shiso Gyoza-Flavored Bean and Drink Set.” Every time a customer orders one of these collab dishes, they will receive a random coaster from a set of 10 different designs. The shiso gyoza is available both as a single dish and as a set meal (teishoku); ordering the set meal also comes with a bonus placemat.
Merchandise
A range of collaboration merchandise will also be on sale, including:
- A Dorohedoro T-shirt featuring Caiman’s iconic gas mask design
- An octagonal plate and ceramic spoon set showcasing the buddy duo of Shin & Noi
Second Collaboration Since 2020
This marks the second collaboration between Dorohedoro and Beni Tora Gyoza Bo, following the first tie-up held in 2020 to coincide with the broadcast of Season 1. A special flagship store for the event will be Golden Tiger in Udagawacho, Shibuya, Tokyo — operated by the same company as Beni Tora Gyoza Bo — which will be decorated in a Hungry Bug-themed style for the duration of the collaboration.
