Eiga Meitantei Precure! Fushigi na Niwa to Futari no Himitsu has had a strong opening since its September 18 release, earning 440 million yen and drawing 357,000 admissions in its first three days.
A new batch of production stills has been released, offering a closer look at crossover moments in the film. Fans can spot Prirune and Meroron from Kimi to Idol Precure♪ alongside Pochitan interacting with Komugi from Wonderful Precure!, as well as scenes featuring Cure Idol / Sakura Uta and Cure Friendly / Inukai Iroha.
One of the film’s highlights is that Satoru and Daifuku — supporting characters from Wonderful Precure! — also get to transform in order to support the Precure team. Terajima Takuma, who voices Usayama Satoru, commented:
“I’m so happy to be back in the Precure world! Both Satoru and Daifuku get to transform and lend their strength to everyone. Is it the power of the Mirror Stone…? I’d love for the two of them to get their own transformation bank someday! Nakamura Yuichi, the voice of Daifuku, added:
“It’s been a while! When I heard that Satoru and Daifuku would be appearing again, I was genuinely curious about what kind of scenes were in store. We may not have a huge amount of screen time, but I think our scenes turned out really cool! Please head to the theater to see what kind of drama unfolds between the Wonderful Precure members and the rest of the Precure cast.”
