TV anime Isekai de Cheat Nouryoku wo Te ni Shita Ore wa, Genjitsu Sekai wo mo Musou Suru: Level Up wa Jinsei wo Kaeta 2nd Season has been confirmed to begin broadcasting in January 2027 on TOKYO MX, BS11, and other channels. The announcement came alongside the reveal of a new key visual, the first promotional video, and additional cast information.
Two New Cast Members Announced
Hasegawa Ikumi joins the cast as Iris Noublade, a supremely powerful swordswoman bearing the title of “Sword Saint.” Iris is on a quest to find “a man of destiny stronger than herself” and falls for protagonist Yuuya at first sight. Amamiya Sora takes on the role of Kaguradzaka Mai, a mysterious beauty from the real world who served as a shrine maiden (miko) before being summoned to another world as a “Saint.” The new key visual features Iris alongside the heroines from both the fantasy world and the real world who have feelings for Yuuya, and Iris also appears in the first PV.
Comments from the New Cast
Hasegawa Ikumi (as Iris Noublade): “Iris is a strong, dignified, and incredibly cool girl. I’m so happy to be jumping into the world of Isekai Cheat Nouryoku for Season 2! Please look forward to seeing what kind of relationship she develops with Yuuya!”
Amamiya Sora (as Kaguradzaka Mai): “Mai is a mysterious beauty in shrine maiden attire. She can seem a bit prickly at first, but she’s actually quite caring, and you’ll catch glimpses of a surprisingly shy and innocent side to her. Please look forward to seeing how she gets involved in the story!”
About the Series
The anime is based on the light novel series by Miku, published under KADOKAWA’s Fantasia Bunko imprint. The story follows Yuuya Tenjo, a young man who gains cheat-level abilities in another world and uses them to turn his real-world life around — a “life-reversal fantasy” spanning two worlds. Yuuya is voiced by Matsuoka Yoshitsugu.
