East Japan Railway Company (JR East) will launch a special Mobile Suica × Detective Conan (名探偵コナン) campaign starting September 1, 2026, celebrating the anime series’ 30th anniversary on television. Participants can obtain two exclusive Mobile Suica card face designs: the 「Junior Detective League (少年探偵団) ver.」 and the 「Conan Edogawa & Kaito Kid (江戸川コナン & 怪盗キッド) ver.」
About Detective Conan
Detective Conan is a TV anime based on the mystery manga by Gosho Aoyama, serialised in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shōnen Sunday. The series has sold over 270 million copies worldwide and won the 46th Shogakukan Manga Award in the boys’ category. The anime first aired in January 1996, making 2026 its landmark 30th year. The latest theatrical entry, Detective Conan: The Fallen Angel of the Highway (名探偵コナン ハイウェイの堕天使), is currently in cinemas and continuing the franchise’s record-breaking box-office run.
Campaign Details
Course 1: Mobile Suica Commuter Pass Course — Junior Detective League Card Face (Guaranteed)
- Period: September 1 – October 7, 2026
- How to get it: Purchase a new or renewed commuter/student pass via the Mobile Suica app during the campaign period. No prior entry required.
- Reward: Limited card face 【Junior Detective League ver.】 for all eligible users (delivered approximately one week after purchase)
- Notes: Must be a registered Mobile Suica member. Bus passes and passes transferred from a physical Suica card are not eligible. Pass sales are suspended between 23:45–05:00.
Course 2: Shopping Course — Conan & Kaito Kid Card Face + JRE POINT (Lucky Draw for 200,000 Winners)
- Entry period: September 1 – October 15, 2026
- Shopping tallying period: September 1 – October 31, 2026
- How to enter: Register your Mobile Suica on the JRE POINT website, enter via the dedicated campaign page, and fulfil both conditions below.
- Condition 1: Make at least one JRE POINT-earning purchase at a participating store or service using your registered Mobile Suica.
- Condition 2: Accumulate a total of ¥5,000 (tax included) or more in Mobile Suica spending. Each additional ¥5,000 grants one extra entry.
New Mobile Suica members who register for the first time during the entry period will receive double entries in the draw.
Course 2 Prizes (200,000 winners total)
- Limited card face 【Conan Edogawa & Kaito Kid ver.】 — all winners
- JRE POINT 1st prize: 50,000 points — 100 winners
- JRE POINT 2nd prize: 2,000 points — 3,000 winners
- JRE POINT 3rd prize: 100 points — 196,900 winners
Winners will be notified via the delivery of the card face and points, with prizes expected to be distributed from mid-December 2026 onwards on a rolling basis. The card face and points may be awarded on separate dates.
