Series Background
The first anime season aired from October to December 2019 across 14 episodes, followed by a second season in April 2020 and a third in April 2022 — all of which are available on Crunchyroll. Miya Kazuki originally serialized the story on the “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” website from 2013 to 2017. The print edition features illustrations by You Shiina, and the main novel series concluded with its 33rd volume (Part 5, Vol. 12) in December 2023, with over 13 million copies in circulation including digital editions. J-Novel Club publishes the light novels and select manga adaptations in English.
