The official main visual for the live-action drama series Koi Ai Ruby no Tadashii Furikata Season 2 (恋愛ルビの正しいふりかた シーズン2) has been revealed. The series is based on the manga by Ogeretsu Tanaka.
Main Visual and Cast Visuals
The newly released main visual features Hiro (Suzuki Hiro) gazing at chocolate cosmos flowers alongside Washizawa Natsuo. Individual cast visuals have also been unveiled, with Iwahashi Genki portraying Hiro and Soma Osamu as Washizawa Natsuo. The two actors also appear in a video announcement revealing the broadcast date.
Season 2 Story
Season 2 unfolds an original story incorporating spinoff elements from the source material, developed under the direct supervision of original author Ogeretsu Tanaka. Set one year after the events of Season 1 — when the two protagonists began their relationship — the new season kicks off when an accident at Hiro’s home forces him to move in with Natsuo. Against a backdrop of warm daily life, the story explores the new feelings the two develop for each other and the pivotal choices they must make at a crossroads in their lives.

Ahead of the broadcast premiere, an advance screening of Episode 1 will be held on October 26, 2026 at an undisclosed venue in Tokyo. Details are as follows:
