The new manga series Kono Sekai no Ganmen Hensachi ga Takasugite Me ga Itai ~Totsuzen Hajimaru Isekai Dekiai Seikatsu~ @COMIC (“This World’s Attractiveness Level Is Too High, It Hurts My Eyes: A Suddenly-Starting Isekai Spoiled Life”) officially launched on July 2 on Corona EX, the online manga platform run by publisher TO Books.
The series is a manga adaptation of the original novel by Akatsuki Harumi, with artwork handled by Uzuki Rei.
Synopsis
The protagonist is a young woman who enrolls in university dreaming of a wonderful romance — only to suddenly find herself reborn as Eleanor, a young noblewoman in another world. This world suffers from a severe shortage of women, making polyandry (one wife, multiple husbands) the norm, and even young girls like Eleanor are lavished with attention by handsome men as a matter of course — a society thoroughly skewed toward female supremacy.
However, the protagonist cannot shake the values and common sense of her original world. More than anything, she wants to fall in love with and devote herself to just one man she truly loves. The story follows this romance-inexperienced young woman as she finds herself swept up in the overwhelming affections of the beautiful men around her.
