Amazon Japan’s product listing for the 16th volume of Fuurou‘s light novel series Ryōmin 0-nin Start no Henkyō Ryōshu-sama (The Frontier Lord Begins with Zero Subjects) has revealed that the series is now entering its final arc. The volume is scheduled to ship on September 16.
Story
The series follows Dias, a veteran soldier who returns home after decades of war and is rewarded with his own domain — only to find it is nothing but empty plains with a population of zero. Struggling to know where to begin, Dias eventually meets a horned girl named Alna, who reveals that the seemingly barren land holds far more than meets the eye. J-Novel Club, which publishes both the novel and its manga adaptation in English, describes it as a “slow-life fantasy.”
