Japanese fashion brand Samantha Thavasa has unveiled a special collaboration collection inspired by Disney’s Lilo & Stitch, comprising 20 items in total. The lineup spans handbags, shoulder bags, wallets, pouches, and charms, blending the beloved characters’ charm with a summery Hawaiian aesthetic. Pre-orders are now open via the official Samantha Thavasa online shop and at participating retail stores.
Collection Highlights
Denim Handbag — ¥33,000
Available in two colorways — indigo and bleach denim — the indigo version features Stitch and Angel in friendly conversation, while the bleach denim version depicts Stitch holding hands with Scrump. The interior lining carries an all-over pattern of Stitch, Angel, and Scrump artwork alongside Hawaiian flora motifs. A Samantha Thavasa logo metal plate on the reverse allows the bag to be worn on either side, and it comes with a detachable shoulder strap for a 2-way carry.
Tulle Bag — ¥30,800
Crafted from a semi-sheer tulle fabric perfect for summer, this handbag is covered in an all-over print featuring Stitch, Angel, and Scrump alongside floral and botanical motifs. Dark brown trim on the handles and edges adds a polished contrast. The tulle is opaque enough to conceal contents, and the bag features a full-length zipper closure.
Shoulder Bag — ¥29,700
Offered in light blue (Stitch) and lavender (Angel), this bag features embroidered character artwork on the front, with Scrump peeking out from the upper-right corner as a subtle accent. The zipper pulls are printed with each character’s prototype number — a fun Easter egg for dedicated fans. The bag is sized to hold a 500 ml bottle on its side, making it a practical everyday carry.
Wallets — Long ¥26,400 / Bi-fold ¥24,200
Both a long wallet and a bi-fold wallet are available in three colors: light blue (Stitch), pink (Angel), and yellow (Reuben). Each features an embossed character face print on the front and hibiscus flower embroidery as a decorative accent.
