Fans of CLAMP’s beloved series xxxHOLiC have something exciting to look forward to: a full 78-card tarot deck featuring illustrations from the franchise will be bundled with the xxxHOLiC・戻 (Rei) Vol. 6 Special Edition, set for release on November 6, 2026.
About xxxHOLiC
xxxHOLiC is a manga series by CLAMP that began serialization in Young Magazine in 2003. It gained particular attention for its narrative crossover with ツバサ-RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE-. The series was retitled xxxHOLiC・籠 (Rō) in 2009 and concluded in 2011, before returning under the title xxxHOLiC・戻 (Rei) in 2013.
The franchise has been adapted into two television anime seasons (24 episodes and 13 episodes respectively), an animated film (xxxHOLiC: A Midsummer Night’s Dream), a two-part OVA (xxxHOLiC Shunmuki) bundled with the first-print editions of manga volumes 14 and 15, as well as a live-action drama series and live-action film.
A Tarot Deck Built Around the xxxHOLiC Universe
The tarot set comprises 78 cards in total — 22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana — each featuring a color or monochrome illustration drawn from across the xxxHOLiC series. Every card was matched to the traditional symbolism of its tarot counterpart, then colored and decorated to stand as a complete illustration in its own right.
The deck is produced by Ensky, a company with extensive experience creating merchandise for CLAMP exhibitions. A distinctive framed-picture design gives each card an elegant, gallery-like quality.
Pricing and Availability
The Special Edition packages the standard xxxHOLiC・Rei Vol. 6 manga together with the tarot deck. The tarot cards will not be sold separately — the Special Edition is the only way to obtain them. A beginner’s guide to tarot reading is also included, making it easy for newcomers to get started.
