A collaboration visual has been unveiled bringing together Yamato yo Towa ni REBEL3199 — the latest entry in the Space Battleship Yamato remake series — and the beloved anime Love Live! The image unites characters from both franchises in the iconic Tokyo district of Akihabara.
Honoka Leads Sasha Through Akihabara
The collab visual depicts Honoka Kosaka, the central character of Love Live!, taking Sasha by the hand as the two run cheerfully side by side through the streets of Akihabara. The setting is meaningful to both properties: in the upcoming Chapter 7 of REBEL3199, Sasha — one of the story’s main characters — descends upon Akihabara, while the district also serves as a signature backdrop in Love Live!
Special Videos Now on YouTube
Alongside the visual, two short videos have been released on YouTube: a “Story So Far” recap told from Sasha’s perspective, and a short clip excerpted from the actual film featuring Sasha’s appearance in Akihabara, giving fans a taste of what to expect in theaters.
