The Chinese-produced anime Zijin Yumiao Fang, adapted for Japanese audiences as Zijin Gomyobo: Kinjo Neko Keibishitsu (紫禁・御猫房～紫禁城猫警備室～), has been confirmed for a Japanese broadcast in October 2026. A teaser PV, concept visual, and the full Japanese dub cast have all been unveiled simultaneously.
Story
The series centers on a secret organization called the Zijin Imperial Cat Guard, whose feline members are tasked with protecting national treasures and the memories embedded within them — known as Bukka (物華). To fulfill their mission, the cats dive into the Bukka World and battle malevolent forces that threaten these precious cultural memories.
The teaser PV showcases the cat warriors in action, while the concept visual depicts the main cast alongside a large, ominous shadow looming in the background.
Japanese Dub Cast

Makoto Furukawa (Oboi) said he is looking forward to exploring active and dynamic expression within the fantastical cat-filled world, adding that the visuals are stunning and the show promises to be a highly entertaining watch.
Sora Amamiya (Heian) described Heian as a composed, dependable older-sister type with a strong sense of justice and martial arts prowess. She said she focused on conveying the character’s inner strength during her audition and is eagerly anticipating Heian’s battle scenes.
Goo Otsuka (Zeze) shared that he was drawn to the character from the moment he received the audition materials and is thrilled to be voicing Zeze in the Japanese dub.
Kentaro Tone (Rohan) called out to cat lovers across Japan, noting that the cats in this series go beyond cute and soothing — they also possess coolness and elegance. He said he is honored to play Rohan and is looking forward to bringing the character’s humor to life.
Hikaru Tono (Momo) said she is delighted to portray Momo, a character who blends intelligence with an endearing younger-sister quality, and promised to give the role her all.
