A limited-time retail event, 「Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi マルイ POP UP SHOP」, has been announced for two locations: Yurakucho Marui in Tokyo from August 15, 2026, and Namba Marui in Osaka from August 28, 2026. The shop will carry a range of newly designed merchandise built around an exclusive “four seasons” (春夏秋冬) illustration theme.
About Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi
Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi is a historical action manga by Yusei Matsui — known for Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro and Assassination Classroom — serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. The story follows Hojo Tokiyuki (CV: Asaki Yuikawa), a survivor of the fallen Kamakura shogunate, as he navigates a turbulent era. The manga won the 69th Shogakukan Manga Award and has surpassed 5 million copies in circulation.
The TV anime is produced by CloverWorks (Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru, Bocchi the Rock!) and directed by Yuta Yamazaki, who previously served as assistant director on Wonder Egg Priority. Season 1 aired from July to September 2024, and Season 2 is currently broadcasting from July, following an April rerun.
