The production team behind the upcoming tokusatsu drama Kamen Rider Mice has unveiled its fourth cast announcement, revealing three new members of the antagonist group known as the Jūnishi Alliance (Zodiac Alliance).
About Kamen Rider Mice
Kamen Rider Mice is the latest entry in the long-running Kamen Rider franchise, set to premiere on September 6, 2026 on TV Asahi, airing every Sunday from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. The protagonist, Otosumi Sora, transforms into Kamen Rider Mice — a hero themed after a mouse — and faces off against the mysterious Jūnishi Alliance.
Suzuki Hirofumi as Ende (Monkey / 申)
Ende represents the Monkey sign within the Jūnishi Alliance and serves as the group’s equipment and weapons developer. A scientist driven by insatiable intellectual curiosity, he is described as the quirkiest member even among an already eccentric cast of characters.
The role goes to Suzuki Hirofumi, best known for playing Kijino Tsuyoshi / KijiBrother in Avataro Sentai Donbrothers — the only male Pink warrior in Super Sentai history. He commented on the role:
“Ende is a scientist, and even among the uniquely individual Zodiac members, he’s the strangest of them all — which makes him an incredibly fun character to play. I hope everyone enjoys watching him interact with the rest of the cast.”
Nishiyama Rento as Kei / Kamen Rider Kei (Rooster / 酉)
Kei is the youngest member of the Jūnishi Alliance, representing the Rooster sign. Quick to adapt to modern civilization — smartphone in hand — he is cheerful, free-spirited, and perhaps the least socially aware member of the group, making him an unpredictable presence in the story.
The role is played by Nishiyama Rento, who previously starred in the NHK drama Mukōgishi and has four drama productions lined up for 2026. Notably, his very first acting credit was in Kamen Rider Saber, where he played Ryōta, a boy rescued by a Kamen Rider in the first episode. He said he was genuinely surprised to learn he would now be transforming into a Rider himself. The series also marks the franchise’s 55th anniversary.
“The first work I ever received a role in was Kamen Rider Saber. I grew up watching Kamen Rider and pretending to transform in front of the TV, so when I found out I’d actually get to transform this time, I was shocked.”
Shirokuma Hiroshi Voices Ryuzu (Dragon / 辰)
It was also announced that veteran voice actor Shirokuma Hiroshi will provide the voice for Ryuzu, one of the Jūnishi Alliance’s most senior members, representing the Dragon sign. Shirokuma is known for dubbing Finnick in Zootopia and Ronan the Accuser in Guardians of the Galaxy for the Japanese releases. Ryuzu conceals his face behind a mask, and his precise role in the story remains a mystery. Shirokuma commented:
“I only participated in the voice recording sessions, but the young cast members were all warm and full of energy. I hope Kamen Rider Mice will take root in the hearts of today’s children and inspire the heroes of tomorrow.”
