The Desktop Real McCOY series No. 06 Son Goku & Bulma figure from the legendary franchise Dragon Ball is making a comeback as a Limited Reissue edition. Pre-orders are currently open through major hobby retailer Amiami.
Dragon Ball: A Legacy Spanning Decades
Dragon Ball, created by Akira Toriyama, began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1984 and became one of the defining pillars of the magazine’s golden era. The series was adapted into an anime in 1986 and expanded into multiple follow-up series — Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Kai, and Dragon Ball Super — earning a devoted global fanbase over the decades.
In 2022, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero topped the box office in its opening weekend both in Japan and the United States. Most recently, the brand-new series Dragon Ball DAIMA — for which Toriyama handled the original story, character designs, and overall concept — began airing in October 2024 for a run of 20 episodes. Looking ahead, the TV anime Dragon Ball Super: Beerus is set to begin broadcasting on Fuji TV and its affiliates in autumn 2026.
What’s Special About the Limited Reissue?
The figure is acclaimed for its meticulous recreation of the motorcycle, right down to its smallest components, and can also be displayed on its own without the characters.
The Limited Reissue edition adds two exclusive stickers designed to be applied to the motorcycle’s mirror:
- Mirror sticker — gives the mirror a realistic reflective appearance
- Bulma reflection sticker — recreates the scene where Bulma’s eyes are reflected in the mirror
Collectors can choose whichever sticker suits their display preference.
