อะมิ โคชิมิซุ รับบทเลฟี ฮีลเลอร์ใน動畫 I Became a Legend After My 10 Year-Long Last Stand

The production team behind the television anime adaptation of I Became a Legend After My 10 Year-Long Last Stand (Koko wa Ore ni Makasete Saki ni Ike to Ittekara 10-nen ga Tattara Densetsu ni Natteita.), based on the light novel series by Ezogingitune with illustrations by DeeCHA, announced on Tuesday that voice actress Ami Koshimizu has joined the cast as Lefy, the healer of the former legendary hero’s party. The character made her first appearance in the anime’s eighth episode, which aired on Monday.

Story

When his party is cornered by an endless demonic horde, Luck chooses to stay behind alone and hold the line so his comrades can escape with their lives. Through a combination of luck, skill, and resourcefulness, he manages to hold out for a full ten years — and ultimately triumphs single-handedly. Now Luck must figure out how to live in a world that sees him simultaneously as a living legend, a seasoned veteran, and a complete newcomer.

Theme Songs

The opening theme, “Soredemo Donten o Koeteyuku” (Even So, We Go Past the Cloudy Skies), is performed by sajou no hana. The ending theme, “Ari Kitari na Nichijō to Kōun na Hibi e” (Lucky in the Ordinary), is performed by rock-idol girl group MEISHOHIKOKAI.

Broadcast & Streaming

The anime launched first on Amazon Prime Video on July 3, followed by ABEMA and d Anime Store on July 6, the same day it began its television run on Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, TV Aichi, and BS11. AT-X began airing the series on July 9. The premiere was pushed back from its originally announced April slot in order to deliver a more polished product. Crunchyroll is streaming the series for international audiences.

Source Material

The story originated as a web novel on Shōsetsuka ni Narō in June 2018. The light novel adaptation launched in February 2019 and currently spans eight volumes, with the eighth released on July 15. A manga adaptation by Chaco Abeno, with composition by Kitsune Tennōji, has been running on Square Enix’s Manga UP! platform since August 2019; its 20th compiled volume shipped on July 7. Combined circulation for the novel and manga series has surpassed 4.45 million copies.
