Currently serialized in Morning (Kodansha), August 31st Long Summer is a youth time-loop comedy following two high school students — Suzuki-kun and Takagi-san — who find themselves reliving August 31st over and over. The story centers on their attempts to uncover the cause of the loop. Animation studio Shaft is attached to produce the anime adaptation.
