The staff behind Eiga Meitantei Precure! Fushigi na Niwa to Futari no Himitsu (Star Detective Precure! The Movie: The Mysterious Garden and the Secret of 2 People) released the film’s Pochitan Miracle Light trailer on Sunday. The trailer showcases the bonus Pochitan Miracle Light sticks that will be handed out to audience members in junior high school or younger, while supplies last. As with previous Precure films, viewers will wave the sticks at key moments to cheer on the Precure girls.
Future Forms Revealed for Three More Cures
The staff also unveiled the film-exclusive Future Forms of Cure Mystique, Cure Eclair, and Cure Arcana, following the earlier reveal of Cure Answer‘s Future Form.

Comedy duo cotton members Jinji Nishimura and Kyon also appear as guest cast, playing creatures called Dame Dame, who can slap an X mark on things to render them unusable and immobile.

The Star Detective Precure! TV anime — the 23rd main entry in the Precure franchise — premiered on February 1 on ABC TV, TV Asahi, and their affiliate channels at 8:30 a.m. JST. The series follows Anna Akechi, a second-year middle school student in Makoto Mirai Town who is transported back in time from 2027 to 1999 when her companion fairy Pochitan appears on her birthday. There, she meets Mikuru Kobayashi, a fellow second-year student who dreams of becoming a great detective. When the Phantom Thieves begin stealing people’s most treasured belongings, the two girls transform into Precure detectives and use their powers of deduction to protect everyone’s smiles.
