Story & Highlights

Bakusou Kyoudai Let’s & Go!! WGP is the second TV anime series based on Tetsuhiro Koshita‘s manga, serialised in Shogakukan’s Monthly CoroCoro Comic. The story follows brothers Retsu and Go Hoshiba, who join forces with their former rivals — Fujiyoshi Mikuni, Ryo Takaha, and J — to form Japan’s representative team, TRF Victories, for the Mini 4WD World Grand Prix (WGP).

The five racers, who once competed fiercely against one another, must learn what it means to race as a unit. Each round of the WGP pits them against a different international team with its own distinct machines and strategies, keeping the action fresh across all 51 episodes.

30th Anniversary News

The Bakusou Kyoudai Let’s & Go!! franchise is marking the 30th anniversary of its anime adaptation with several events:

• 28 October 2026 — A newly written anniversary Drama CD, covering the period between the first series and WGP, goes on sale. The original voice cast reprises their roles.
• 6 December 2026 — A commemorative live event is scheduled, featuring voice actors including Yuriko Fuchizaki (Retsu) and Haruna Ikezawa (Go).
