Fans of the beloved visual novel and anime CLANNAD have something to look forward to: a 1/6 scale finished figure of Nagisa Furukawa, one of the story’s central heroines, is now available for pre-order at major hobby retailer Amiami.
About CLANNAD
CLANNAD is a visual novel developed by Key, following high school student Tomoya Okazaki who one day encounters a young woman at the bottom of the long slope leading up to their school. The story was adapted into a TV anime series directed by Tatsuya Ishihara, which aired from October 2007 for 22 episodes, along with a bonus episode titled “A Summer Vacation’s Worth of Events.” Animation was produced by Kyoto Animation.
About Nagisa
Nagisa is a third-year student at the same school as the protagonist. She is first encountered standing hesitantly at the base of the school slope on the day she returns from a long leave of absence. Shy and gentle by nature, she nonetheless possesses a quiet determination and a deep consideration for those around her.
Figure Details
The figure captures Nagisa in a winter scene, dressed in a coat and earmuffs with a dynamically sculpted scarf, her warm smile perfectly embodying the character’s gentle spirit. Two interchangeable face parts are included, allowing collectors to display her in different expressions. Adding an extra touch of charm, miniature Dango Daikazoku figures are arranged around her feet.
