ABEMA Anime Fes 2026 supported by Comic Seymour has revealed a fresh wave of details ahead of its September 19–20, 2026 run at MIYASHITA PARK and surrounding venues in Shibuya, Tokyo. Themed around “diving deeper into your love of anime,” the event will feature stage shows, exhibitions, and merchandise sales from popular anime titles and ABEMA original programs.

All Rooftop Stages to Stream Free

A dedicated “ABEMA Anime Fes” channel will be launched to broadcast every stage held on the 4th-floor (rooftop) of MIYASHITA PARK completely free of charge across both days. Viewers at home can catch talk stages featuring star voice casts and special stages from ABEMA originals in real time, alongside free marathon broadcasts of participating titles.

Character Greetings

The popular character greeting sessions from last year return, with six characters confirmed: “Mom” from Atashin’chi; Maomao from TV Anime The Apothecary Diaries; Shinnosuke Nohara from Crayon Shin-chan; Yeti from You and I Are Polar Opposites; Takopi from Takopiʼs Original Sin; and Sobii from Seiyuu to Yoasobi.

Giant Capsule Toy Machines & QR Campaign

Oversized capsule toy machines themed around Crayon Shin-chan and PUI PUI Molcar will be installed on the MIYASHITA PARK rooftop. Attendees can scan QR codes from event posters displayed around Shibuya, post their impressions on X, then show the post alongside a flyer distributed at the venue to receive one special capsule coin per person (limited quantity, first-come first-served).

Photo Spots & Sticker Giveaway

A total of 29 character panels from 11 works will be set up around MIYASHITA PARK, representing TV Anime Akane-banashi, TV Anime The Apothecary Diaries, Crayon Shin-chan, TV Anime Shirotan, Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, TV Anime Futsutsuka na Akujo de wa Gozaimasu ga, Pop Pap Poltergeists, Short Anime Majime ni Yabacity Mascot (Kari), Detective Conan, Yomi no Tsugai, and characters from the six-member gaming group “Majime ni Yabacity.” Visitors who post photos from the spots on X can earn an original sticker set featuring characters from the event.

GOALOUS5 Special Talk Stage

On September 19, five-member male voice-actor group GOALOUS5 — comprising Kentaro Kumagai, Shohei Komatsu, Junta Terashima, Sogo Nakamura, and Toshinari Fukamachi — will hold a special talk stage at EBiS303 across two performances. The stage will be exclusively live-streamed via ABEMA PPV, with a bonus video available for ticket purchasers.

More September 19 Events

A public recording of Kobayashi Chiaki no PARTY×PARTY will take place at Abema Towers in Shibuya, with voice actor Shoya Ishige appearing as a guest.

At noon, LOFT9 Shibuya will host the first-ever fan event for Project PRISMation, titled “PRISMation ATELIER in ABEMA Anime Fes 2026.” The event will feature a remote appearance by Kani, manager of Kuusou Ryouri-ten, director talk sessions for three works, updates on Poppin-Play Kitchen Episode 2, and a second-wave PRISMation title announcement. Limited collaboration menu items from Poppin-Play Kitchen, Gluttomy, and The Horrors Horror Home will also be available on-site.
