The multimedia music project ALIEN STAGE unveiled a major slate of expansions at Anime Expo on Friday, officially confirming that an anime adaptation is now in production and announcing a global 3D Live performance tour.
Global 3D Live Tour Coming Next Year
The 3D Live show, titled “3D LIVE ALIEN STAGE Museum in 2372,” will launch as a world tour next year with confirmed stops in Seoul, Tokyo, and Los Angeles. The team described the event as bringing “the highly distinctive characters into the real world through cutting-edge 3DCG technology.”
A preview showcase for the tour will be held in Tokyo from October 30 through November 1.
Anime Series Now in Production
The franchise also officially confirmed that an anime project is currently in development, marking the next major step in its expansion. No details regarding staff, cast, studio, or release window have been announced at this time.
