To mark the release of the Blue Lock theatrical film, a special themed cafe titled “Blue Lock Cafe -Aoi Kangoku-“ will open for a limited engagement at BOX cafe&space GEMS Shibuya in Tokyo. The event runs from Thursday, August 20 through Sunday, September 20, 2026, and is designed to immerse visitors in the atmosphere of the TV anime’s first season.
About Blue Lock
Blue Lock follows a group of high school forwards competing fiercely inside the “Blue Lock” facility, a program designed to forge the world’s greatest striker and lead Japan to a World Cup title. The TV anime’s first season premiered in 2022, followed by a theatrical film and a second TV season in 2024. A live-action film starring Fumiya Takahashi is also set to open on August 7, 2026.
Menu Highlights
The cafe’s food and drink lineup draws on the personality of each character, with every dish crafted to be both photogenic and genuinely delicious.
- Yoichi Isagi — Genovese Pasta: Turnip pieces cut into jigsaw-puzzle shapes sit atop the dish, with the vibrant green basil sauce representing Isagi’s “winning equation.”
- Seishiro Nagi — Cream Omurice: A lemon cream omurice featuring Nagi’s memorable line, “Hey Reo, soccer is actually fun, isn’t it?”
- Jinpachi Ego — Yakisoba-style Waffle (Dice-Roll Menu!): True to Ego’s gambling spirit, the outcome depends on a dice roll. Roll a loss and you get a plain yakisoba; roll a win and your plate is upgraded with a fried egg, carrots, and pork.
- Meguru Bachira — Pineapple Pancake: A tropical dessert with a gentle sweetness from pineapple and honey, capturing Bachira’s free-spirited, “monster” playfulness.
- Hyoma Chigiri — Berry Chiffon Cake: Cassis sherbet and mixed berries deliver a sweet-tart punch that mirrors Chigiri’s striking appeal.
- Reo Mikage — Plate Parfait: Purple sweet potato chips and sauce create a beautiful violet palette evoking Reo’s elegance, with the bold words “Let’s play soccer” written across the plate.
- Anri Teieri — Chai Pudding: A fragrant, subtly grown-up chai-flavored pudding inspired by Anri’s charm.
Drinks & Cafe Latte Art
Character-themed drinks are available for Isagi, Bachira, Chigiri, Nagi, and Reo, each featuring fruity flavors and eye-catching colors. A cafe latte with randomized Jinpachi Ego latte art — four designs in total — is also on the menu; which expression of Ego you receive is a surprise until the cup lands on your table.

Guests who make an advance reservation (¥660 including tax) and order from the menu will receive one random Original Invitation Card (7 designs) featuring mini-character artwork. Every drink ordered (excluding side drinks) also comes with one random Original Coaster (7 designs) showcasing each character’s signature color and mini-character design.
Exclusive merchandise — including mini-character pin badges, acrylic keychains, and a two-piece clear file set using anime scene illustrations — will be sold both in-cafe and via an online shop on the cafe’s official website from August 20 at 11:00 a.m. through September 20 at 11:59 p.m.
