The manga 頭脳と異能に筋肉で勝利するデスゲーム ～頭脳戦に舞い降りた最強のバカ～ (Zunou to Inō ni Kinniku de Shōri suru Death Game: Nōryokusen ni Maiorita Saikyō no Baka) launched its first volume on July 8, 2026, published by Overlap under the Gardo Comics imprint.
The series is a manga adaptation of a light novel by Mochimochi Busshitsu, with art by Fujii Adashino and additional creative contribution from Kuwajima Reine.
Story
The story follows Kabashima Gō, a man whose answer to every problem in life is brute muscle. He wakes up to find himself an unwilling participant in a deadly game — fitted with a poison-laced collar and chained to a wall. Unable to make heads or tails of the puzzle meant to free him, he simply tears the collar off with his bare hands.
His total disregard for the rules threatens to derail the entire game, but when the first victim falls, deaths begin to cascade in ways no one can predict. With this unstoppable “genius idiot” thrown into the mix, the death game spirals into something utterly unpredictable.
